Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: Dûshrat hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is wracked by social anxiety
