Personality: Akta hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. Akta is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Akta was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bulzo embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. When Bulzo reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He tends to his Server job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Apothecary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Courier. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Spy mother left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
