Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Tod was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shoemaker. He now mingles about in high society.
