History: Born in the east to a Baker, Gardain learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. After coming to the age of reason, Gardain took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.

History: Veloptima was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
