She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success.
