Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. A true patriot, Hatae would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.
