Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Henry lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She feeds upon the attention of others.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Murgen was born on a far eastern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Assassin. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Born in the east to a Brewer, Helgret learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are green.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he's looking for his big break

Her eyes are copper and beady.
Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. A true patriot, Sweet would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her childhood dream was to be a Actor, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
