History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Hlin reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
