Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and sabotage a competitor

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Zepar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
