His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. History: Pallabar was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything.
