History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Bilga was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name.
