History: Born to a Mortician, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When Osco reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Akmen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
