History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Howard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Howard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents enrolled her in a Warlock school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This woman stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Brakka lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Sculptor, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Senteq hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. After a long history of fighting, Senteq and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She struck the Miller job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Ruler soon after.
