History: Balam was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and a deep hatred of orcs

History: Born in the south to a Banker, Griselda learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She became a Banker soon after.
