Personality: He is fixated on the number 31. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Junk Dealer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Dagger was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dagger decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
