Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his pastel robe. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Bellfounder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Burto hails from a village terrorized by brigands. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Helen grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She's also a talented Roofer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He keeps his long white fur kept up in a rat tail. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. A gifted student he started as a Baker, but he got bored and became a Scribe. He bought a rapier and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Halfling compassion; and to reunite with her absent mother
