Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. A true patriot, Philomena would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Philomena alone in the world.
