History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Nora was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shepherd and was forced into it by her family; and further expansion of business

History: He was born into a rich family. After coming to the age of reason, Galinndan took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
