Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is light but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He prefers to wear flannel. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: She is an average looking northern female in her early mid-life. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her red hair is long and unkept. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and to be a courier again

Description: An older woman who wears suspenders and grey workpants. Her shirt is white, and she wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time, she is not a threatening figure. Her golden hair is greasy and uncared for. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Adelaide was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. A freak accident while working with her Shipwright father left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His black hair is thinning but still full. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and balancing his hectic life and new server responsibilities is difficult

Description: She wears a black vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her black boots flare out at the collars. She keeps her copper crest in a flapper bob. Her gold eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 15. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a Sage, her mother struggled to pay the bills. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

History: Maiathah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She became a Sellsword soon after.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and revenge
