Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This man stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Mason kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Stableman. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Calcitro was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Sellsword, but he got bored and became a Architect. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
