Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He now mingles about in high society.

It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Hadarai is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Hadarai was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Servant. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.
