History: Ortegar was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born into a rich family. Through the years after Sariel was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Sariel's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Sariel and her spouse have recently divorced.

He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
