History: Pennie was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Hamil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shipwright. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Shipwright for the past few years.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Banker. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered brigands who tried to eat her hand. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and retire the richest woman in the south

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and gnomish compassion

Her father taught her the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.
