Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hobart does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He likes to wear grey tank tops with black pants. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: John hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: Born to a Spy, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tûmhom embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This tall, slender man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull blue iron scale mail. He has a very tight haircut. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nordak grew up listening to his father's many stories. Nordak abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.
Motivation: To end her boredom; and she seems to be bored by most things
