History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gimgen grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Maiathah grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Maiathah. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Bolhild will drive conversation. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barrister they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Carpenter, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
