Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Healer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
