Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. A true patriot, Kabbarg would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Kabbarg was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Kabbarg alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gifted student she started as a Apothecary, but she got bored and became a Merchant. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: Gerald speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in the west to a Barber, Gerald learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Shipwright but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she has decided she is irredeemable
