Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Waywocket embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Waywocket liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Valanthe was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Shepherd. Being a Shepherd kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: An older man who wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a scimitar on his belt, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Balimaar's homeland. Balimaar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Direcris fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Oren enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has money and likes to spend it
