History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: Peren was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Baker for the past few years.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
