She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Carrie never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: Ombul is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Ombul was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Thradal was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Thradal and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Baelitae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Baelitae fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Ulla lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To be a Bounty Hunter again; and sabotage a competitor

History: Born in the north to a Cook, Alvyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Knight, but he got bored and became a Cook. After a long history of fighting, Alvyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and sabotage a competitor
