Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears a black wide-brimmed hat and black clothes. She wears her white hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her hazel eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Neega was born with her father's beautiful face. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting giants, the young Neega began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Neega was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
