Description: He wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Lance lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to protect his home

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is typically in her Bather uniform. She has a long silver ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When Adelaide reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and balancing her hectic life and new bather responsibilities is difficult

She wears dull green sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed falchion, just in case. Her crest is cut close to her head. Her gold eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing music.
History: Gifted from a young age, Uadjit studied abroad. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dariff grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Dariff and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
