History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Randal was taken on many hunting expeditions. A freak accident while working with his Mayor father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he feels kind of lost in life

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is cautious and jumpy. History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region.
