History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Maiathah hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Maiathah was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and obtaining odd cultural half-orc artifacts is her passion

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A freak accident while working with her Sellsword father left her crippled. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jezean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
