History: Neega was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her parents enrolled her in a Rogue school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and retire the richest woman in the east
