History: Mardnab lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Spy they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Dilettante, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
