His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Gifted from a young age, Wiggan studied abroad. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. Personality: He is fixated on the number 89. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Percival does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born into a rich family. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he has money and likes to spend it
