Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently the stress of being a Carter has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: Born in the west to a Ruler, Eleanor learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
