Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has green eyes and a tan hat with a red feather.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lucan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Dworic was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: Her skin is bronze and flawless. She wears a black shirt, with a violet mid length skirt with violet tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. She is an epitome of beauty. Her long brown hair reaches down to her waist. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: Tomph was born with her father's beautiful face. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has no fur. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tree fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a white tunic with black highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: Tyna wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and someone believes her a fraud
