History: Jak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Eleanor hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eleanor fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
