History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Bilga was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption
