Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Kadana enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Kadana was born on a far eastern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Crown-heir. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and balancing his hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is fixated on the number 49. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Engraver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her first spouse was a Jeweler, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Her blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Hlin was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
