Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
