History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. One day when Jezean was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Jezean was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: The child of a Engraver, who enjoyed hunting, Matilda was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her childhood dream was to be a Engraver, but she was a colossal failure. She became a Ruler soon after.

Nutae's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new slave trader responsibilities is difficult

He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
