Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed trident, just in case. His black crest is singed and shortened. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: Quarethon speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She has brown hair. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Brakka took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bow and armor she uses now. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a yellow vest and prefers violet and grey shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and revenge

Description: This eastern man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is braided into rings. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality
