History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Euphemia alone in the world. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Anselm was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
