He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Gilbert and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Namfoodle grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Mordai wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Adventurer. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

She prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available she will default to her longbow, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'4" when asserting herself. She has no hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Oriel will drive conversation. The war was a terrible time for her, and Oriel does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
