History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fabien grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. History: Matilda hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Matilda and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

History: He comes from a rich western family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a Mortician, her mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
