Description: This tall, slender man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A middle-aged man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and is pretty ugly. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in the east to a Armorer, Aust learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Knight, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing violet cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. She has a very tight haircut. Her eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She got into the Baker business at a young age. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Bardryn was born with her father's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

History: He was born in a small island village. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Server kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Vistra lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
