History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She found a children's book about a Human Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A freak accident while working with his Shoemaker mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Oriel was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants revenge against orcs

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Barrister and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
